Covid Crusher
You are a white blood cell hunting Covid virus!
This small game was developed in May-June 2024 as a final project for Michigan State University's Coursera course, Game Design and Development 2: 2D Platformer, taught by Brian Winn.
I made the following changes/additions to the game provided in class:
- Reskinned the player (white blood cell) and enemy (Covid virus cell)
- Updated all of the art, with new animated tiles. Replaced the acid with "infected" cells
- Implemented the Flying Enemy prefab for the Covid virus enemies
- Created two full levels with various challenges
- Created original music for the menu page and game play using Garageband
- Added content to the Instructions and Credits pages
- Added arrow key controls for moving the Player sprite
